摘要
Abstract
Used Orthogonal experimental method, the paper researched the extracted conditions of L - arabinose from com bran by oxalic acid hydrolysis. The gained optimum extracted conditions were: oxalic acid concentration 0.5％,acidolysis temperratue 90℃, acidolysis time 2.5h. The gained percentage of the optimum extracted condition was 10.08％.关键词
