Abstract
Erythritol substituted sucrose used in calcium tablets, which suitble for more calcium deficency people. Theexperiment investigated additive amount of erythritol, corn starch, IMO, polydextrose, microcrystalline cellulose and dextrine of different DE value, which could influence the cool feeling, sweetness, disintegration, appearance, taste and hardness of the calcium tablets. Results showed that: the additive of erythritol was 35%, IMO900 was 21%,without corn starch; or polydextrose or IMO900 was 26. 2%, microcrystalline cellulose was 5% and xanthan gum was 2%; the filler could choice maltooligosaccharides or DE value 25 -30 dextrine. Under this condition, the cool feeling,sweetness, disintegration, appearance, taste and hardness of the calcium tablets was the best.关键词
