不同采收期澳洲青苹果实1一MCP贮藏保鲜效果研究
Fresh-keeping Effect of 1-MCP for 'Granny Smith' Apples Picked at Different Date

Abstract
Granny Smith apples harvested at different periods were stored at 20 ℃ and 0 ℃ after 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) treatment, fruits quality and the effects of 1-MCP were evaluated after storage.Results showed that ethylene releasing capacity of early-harvested fruit was decreased and ethylene peak value was postponed by 1-MCP treatment, it was not significant with early-harvest fruit.Superficial scald of early-harvested fruit was completely prevented, and late-harvested fruit was significantly decreased.The inhibiting effect of 1-MCP on fruit peel turning to yellow was weakened.Preservation action of 1-MCP on Granny Smith apples was significantly effected by harvest date, and 1MCP performed good effect with fruits harvested at 156 days after flower, neither early nor late harvest time was suggested.关键词
