生物转化体系中天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇同步检测方法研究
Simultaneous Determination of Gastrodin and p-2-Hydroxybenzyl Alcohol in Biotransformation System

Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl methanol in biotransformation system. Method: RP-HPLC was used in the study, the mobile phase consists of 0.02%phosphoric acid solution (pH 2.6) and methanol (5:95, V/V), the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, all chromatographic operations were carried out at the temperature of 35 ℃ with UV detector at 220 nm. Results: Under the above condition, good linearity was obtained for both Gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol with a correlation coefficient 0.9999, recoveries ranged between 95% and 102%, while the precision of the method was <5% (RSD). Conclusion: The content of gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in biotransformation system can be accurately determine simultaneously by this method.关键词
