摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance the PTC effect of BaTiO_3 based thermistor ceramics sintered at low temperature, adding MnO (as Mn(NO_3)_2) in BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2 sintering aid was proposed. And the effects of BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-MnO (BBSM)sintering aids on the low temperature sinter and PTC properties of BaTiO_3 based thermistor ceramics doped with Y~(3+) were investigated. The results indicate that the samples with x[Mn(NO_3)_2] = 0.06% in the BBSM sintering aids can provide the room-temperature resistivity of 306 Ω·cm and jump range of 4.23×10~3. The sample is sintered at 1 050 ℃ for 3 h.
