摘要

Abstract

AlN ceramics have excellent physical properties, as thermal properties, electrical properties, mechanical properties and optical properties. But AlN powder is easy to hydrolysis which causes difficulty in extensive application of AlN ceramic products. The hydrolysis mechanism and characterization methods of hydrolysis degree of AlN powder are reviewed. The methods of against hydrolysis treatment of AlN powder are systematically generalized, and problems of methods of against hydrolysis treatment of AlN powder are discussed. The research trends in methods of against hydrolysis treatment of AlN powder in future are forecasted.
