摘要

Abstract

Through contrast test,the effect on etching process of electronic aluminium foil for low voltage applications to its corrosion resistance was studied.The best results show that,under following conditions: w(HCl)=15%~25%,w(H_2SO_4)=10%~20%,the corrosion solution temperature of 85℃,the current density of 0.40 A/cm~2,the etching time of 3 min,the value of corrosion resistance(the rate of corroded aluminium' mass change and mass of plain foil)can reach 0.70%~0.83%.The process can judge corrosion resistance of electronic aluminium foil for low voltage applications promptly and right,and it only take 26 min on the average for every example.
