摘要

Abstract

Using porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as template,the array of magnetic metal Ni nanowires was fabricated by DC electrodeposition method.Their morphologies and structures were characterized by SEM,TEM and XRD techniques.The results indicate that the well-ordered metal Ni nanowire arrays are obtained and its diameter is about 250 nm,which is consistent with the diameter of template pore.Prepared metal Ni nanowire arry is structure dense ploycrystal.The length of metal Ni nanowires array can be controlled by changing the time of electrodeposition.Obtained result shows that the optimal time is 15 h.
