Abstract
Mulberry fruits which are rich in nutritional components, have high edible and medicinal value, containing several physiologically active compounds like resveratrol, mulberry red pigment, etc.The physiologically-active compounds, pharmacological effect and the application research in food and pharmaceutical industries of mulberry fruit were summarized and discussed respectively in this review for future research and development on mulberry fruits.关键词
