生物法合成7-脱氢胆固醇研究进展
Research progress on biological synthesis of 7-dehydrocholesterol
摘要
Abstract
Although chemical synthesis of vitamin D_3 is mature,it is difficult to resolve the issue by itself.This article focus on several ways of the biosynthesis of 7-dehydrocholesterol because biochemical reaction was specific, efficient,mild; one way was that animal liver microsome enzyme convert of squalene and acetate into 7-dehydrocholesterol,another way was that enzyme which have been found in many organs of crabs can convert of cholesterol into 7- dehydrocholesterol, and the gene was cloned and expressed successfully. The research progress on technology application prospects of the gene cloning and expression was reviewed on the article.关键词
