无核葡萄干燥特性的研究
Research on drying properties of seedless grape
摘要
Abstract
To provide a theoretical foundation for grape hot-air drying and parameter adjustment for the related equipment,drying properties of grape under various air temperatures, handle in advance were studied.The drying property curves on different conditions obtained from experiments were analyzed. Results showed that air temperature was the most effective factor that affects the drying process of grape.For capsicum,there existed a slow drying rate stage in the drying process of grape.关键词
