摘要
Abstract
A recombinant plasmid pET21TreS was constructed and was transformed into Escherichia coli Rosetta gami (DE3).The expression was induced through optimized the conditions of the culture time, temperature and inducer concentration.The result of expression indication: the tres gene was expressed abundantly in the Cell concentration(OD_(600)) between 0.6 ～ 0.8, 1mmol/L concentration of isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside (IPTG) ,37℃, induced by 2h.关键词
