Abstract
Functional food is defined as "health/functional food" in Korea. The administration system of health/ functional food in Korea was introduced by focusing on the definition, regulations, administrative organizations, approval system, safety evaluation, efficacy evaluation, labeling, health claims and surveillance et al. It was expected to provide reference for the scientific management and development of Chinese functional food industry.关键词
