Abstract
An HPLC method for determination of three kinds of cyclodextrins, a-cyclodextrin, p-cyclodextrin, γ-cyclodextrin was developed. The system was ; Spherrigel C_6H_3 column (5 u,m, 300 mm×3. 9 mm) , methanol-water (5:95, v/v)as the solvent, the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min(column temperature 40℃)with the refractive index detector. The results were obtained that the detection limit of a-CD, β-CD, γ-CD were 1. 03 μg/g,2. 53 μg/g,1.50 u,g/g, linear range of the three kinds of cyclodextrin were 2. 0-207. 9 ng, 11.5-230 μg, 3. 9 - 194. 2 u.g respectively, relative standard deviation (n = 6) were 0. 12% , 1. 13% , 0.43% and average recoveries (n =6) were 98.5% , 98. 0% , 98. 1 % respectively. A specific, sensitive and simple HPLC method was established for the determination of mixed cyclodextrin and quality control.关键词
