离子交换树脂提取糖蜜酒精废液中K~+分离工艺的优化
Optimization for Extraction of K~+ from Molasses Vinasse by Ion-exchange Resin

Abstract
Studied of impact ZGC108 resin penetration exchange capacity factors through single factor experiment. The orthogonal test obtained the best optimum conditions were; velocity 1. 2 mL/min, concentration 9. 45 g/L, temperature 298 K and columns filling height 14 cm . At the above condition, the penetrable capability was 52. 98 mg/mL. Variance analysis showed the order of the impact to the penetrating capacity were : velocity > temperature >concentration > height of resin. The velocity and temperature were significant. At the condition of 6BV eluant to resin bed, flow rate 3BV/h , temperature 298 K, 0. 2 mol/L,0. 4 mol/L,0. 6 mol/L of Sulfuric acid used as the eluant,the K~+ eluting were 53. 4% ,78. 6% ,98. 6% respectively; at temperatures 298 K,308 K,318 K of 0. 6 mol/L Sulfuric acid, eluting K~+ were 98.6% ,99.7% ,99.8% separately; it is feasible to recycle the posterior segment of 0. 6mol/L sulfuric acid , at 308 K with the recovery 30% . The research showed the possibility of using molasses vinasse to produce potassium sulfate at low cost.关键词
