Enzymatic Synthesis of Menthyl Acetate Catalyzed in Reversed Micellar System
摘要
Abstract
Synthesis of Menthyl Acetate catalysted by Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) in AOT/n-hexane reversed micellar systems was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,substrate concentration,molar ratio of menthol to acetic acid and reaction time were investigated.The index of refraction and infrared spectrum analysis were carried out.The result indicated that the esterification conversion reaches to 85.3%.the reaction temperature was 40℃,the molar ratio of menthol to acetic acid was 1:2.concentration of acetic acid was 0.2mol/L,buffer pH 7.0,and the reaction time was 48 h.关键词
