Abstract
The ethanol soluble carbohydrate, reducing power and free radical scavenging rate of ethanol extracts from 1g of cultured Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link were analyzed in vitro. Ethanol 10mL of 70% (v/v) was used in the extraction. The bioactivities of the extracts were identified. The ethanol soluble carbohydrate of fruit body from euhured Cordyceps was 2 times than that of fruit body root. The reducing power and DPPH free radical scavenging rate of fruit body root from cultured Cordyceps were significantly higher than those of fruit body. The hydroxy free radical scavenging rate of fruit body from cultured Cordyceps. Was higher than that of fruit body root.关键词
