摘要

Abstract

In this paper, polysaccharide was extracted from the stem of pitaya by three different methods: the hot-water, enzyme- assisted and microwave-assisted methods. The microwave-assited extraction was proved to be the best by general evaluation. The results showed that the order of main factors affecting the yield of polysaccharides in the process of microwave-assisted extraction was: time > microwave power > temperature. The optimal technological conditions were: extraction time 10min, extraction temperature 80℃ and the microwave power 200W. Using the optimal technological conditions, the yield of SPP was 1. 42 %. After purifying, the yield of SPPS was 0. 74 %. SPPS was analyzed by IR, MALDI-TOF-MS and element analysis technique. The extraction was a polysaccharide mixture and the molecular weight was about 3 900 to 4 300u.
