Abstract
Forecast microorganism science is a combination of food microorganism and statistics. Through mathematical model building, it forecasts growth tendency of microorganism quickly and is a good way to control microorganism of aquatic products, which has a directive function to processing and producing safety control of aquatic products. Forecast microorganism science also has reasonable forecast on storage racks. It will be powerful mean for safety control of aquatic products.关键词
