摘要

Abstract

Objective:To screen the active fraction from Citrus medica L.with the inhibition to angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)using different solvent.Methods:The various fractions were extracted with different solvent from Citrus medica L.According to the result of the inhibitory activity to ACE detected by HPLC,the fraction with the maximal inhibition was further purified with macro porous adsorption resin and eluted with different concentration of methanol.Results:Among the tested solvents,methanol extract showed the highest ACE inhibition,which was up to 77%.After purified with resin,the active fraction with maximal inhibition was obtained from 40% methanol.Conclusion:It was feasible to obtain the active fraction from Citrus medica L.with the inhibition to ACE by extracted with methanol,purified with macro porous adsorption resin and eluted with 40% of methanol.
