聚醚类抗生素残留检测技术及其研究进展
Detection and research progress of polyether antibiotics
摘要
Abstract
Polyether antibiotics are widely used in livestock breeding as coccidiostats,the detection technology research of polyether antibiotics is of great importance for controlling excessive residues of veterinary drug and ensuring the safety of livestock products.Analytical methods of polyether antibiotics including the research situation of microbiological method,immunoassay,spectrophotometer method,chromatography and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were introduced in details.Problems existed in this research field and further developing tends were also discussed.This review provided a reference for the analysis of polyether antibiotics in various matrices.关键词
