摘要

Abstract

The effect factors of preparing highland barley green by centrifugal spray drying processing were studied in detail according to contents of flavonoids and superoxide dismutase(SOD).The optimal spray drying processing conditions were determined as follows:the air temperature at the inlet was 230℃,and at the exit was 100℃,the rotating speed of centrifugal atomizer was 13800r/min,liquid feed rate was 70.6mL/min,and the ratio of material to water was 1:4.The content of flavonoids was 2.58mg/g and SOD was 54.93u/g.
