脱脂沙棘籽渣中原花青素的提纯与稳定性研究
Separation and stability of proanthocyanidins from nonfat seabuckthorn seed dreg

Abstract
On the base of single factor experiments,the optimum technological conditions of extraction proanthocyanidins from seabuckthorm seed dreg were attained by response surface method.The optimum conditions were as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%,the temperature of extraction was 35℃,the pH of the solution was 1.5.Under the above conditions,the yield of proanthocyanidins was 6.61% and the purity was 38.63%.The thermal and acid-base stability of proanthocyanidins were also studied.The results showed that proanthocyanidins was unstable above 50℃ and in alkaline conditions,which also elucidated the optimum conditions were reasonable.Solvent extraction and AB-8 macroreticular resins were used to refine procyanidins,the yied of proanthocyanidins was 0.5% and 1.6% respectively while the purity was 81.2% and 82.8%.关键词
