Abstract
The low lactose middle-aged milk powder was mainly studied.Through the experiment,the formula was obtained（the total amount was 100g）：protein was soybean protein isolate 2%,whey protein concentrate 4%,whole milk protein 14%.Fat was soybean oil 3.6%,rapeseed oil 4.4%.All kind of nutriment were VA 1500 ~ 3000IU,VC 60 ~ 80mg,VE 15 ~ 20IU,VD 400 ~ 500IU,VB1 750 ~ 1000μg,VB2 850 ~ 1000μg,nicotinic acid 700 ~ 1000μg,folic acid 250 ~ 600μg,zinc lactate 3 ~ 6mg,ferrous sulfate 6 ~ 10mg.The enzyme activity of lactase was 2000NLU/L,adding amount 0.2%,hydrolysis time 4h and the lactose hydrolysis percentage was above 90%。关键词
