Abstract
The technology of ultrasound-assisted extraction has been applied in extraction of biological polysaccharides due to the advantages of milder extraction conditions,shorter extraction time and higher extraction rates.In order to provide a reference for the ultrasound-assisted exaction of biological polysaccharides,progress in effects of ultrasound-assisted extraction on the extraction rates,structure,processing characteristics and biological activities of polysaccharides was reviewed.关键词
