坚果剥壳机具的研究现状与分析
Research and analysis of nuts shelling machines
摘要
Abstract
Shelling has been facing a primary technical problem in the deep processing of nuts.Existing methods of mechanical shelling,shelling principle and characteristics were introduced,and research status of nut shelling machinery in China was systematically expounded,mechanical properties of the nuts were studied.Problems of current nuts shelling equipment were analyzed and recommendations were made for its improvement.It provided a reference for shelling technology of shell materials and development of shelling devices.关键词
