摘要

Abstract

Lactobacillus acidophilus in the intestine of physiological functions have been people's great concern.More and more special features of the health benefits of lactic acid bacteria in the production process are added to dairy products,which makes it extremely important to test the Lactobacillus acidophilus in dairy products.Four strains used in the fermentation process which the bacteria in yogurt system in the growth of complex.How to find accurate and efficient detection method is the subject of our study.Our experiments show that in the MRS medium added a certain amount of clindamycin and ciprofloxacin can grow Lactobacillus acidophilus,while Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Bifidobacteria and Streptococcus thermophilus cannot grow,which makes our test more precise and effective.Research provides a theoretical basis for future production.
