摘要

Abstract

The scavenging effect of glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis on oxygen radicals and its inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation were studied. And the inhibition effect of glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis on DPPH was studied as well. Glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis exhibited a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the hydroxyl free radical, DPPH and superoxide anion free radical. The substantial antioxidant activity in homogenates of the mice liver also showed a dose-dependent manner.
