Abstract
This paper mainly discussed the application of HACCP system ia the production of peeliag sesame by washing with water, and analyzed the hazard factors that would possibly affect the product quality during processing. The critical control point (CCP), monitoring methods,corrective actions, recording and verification methods were proposed. HACCP systems in food production management play a major role,Fiaally,to ensure that all food safety.关键词
