Abstract
Bacillus subtilis ATCC6633 was used to catalyze the de-protection of cis-p- methoxybenzyl-7- phenylacethylamino-3- propenyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate (cis-GPRE), an intermediate of Cefprozil, to produce cis-7-phenylacetamido-3-propenyl-cephalosporanic acid (cis-GPRA).The yield reached 63% after optimization. In addition, lipase Novozyme 435 and Amino PS IM showed little activities towardy this reaction.关键词
