The Source of the Natural α-glucosidase Inhibitor and its Appliction Research Situation
摘要
Abstract
Owing to the important role of natural α-glucosidase inhibitor for the dietary therapy of diabetes, it might be a great potential prospect to develop the functional food or functional food ingredients for diabetic patients using the natural α-glucosidase inhibitor as functional factor. From the viewpoint of dietary therapy, the current review was about to summarize the research progress of the natural a-glucosidase inhibitor sources, including from animals, plants, foods and microorganisms. Furthermore, the application research situation of the natural a-glucosidase inhibitor was also been analyzed.关键词
