摘要
Abstract
This article introduced the definition and the characteristics of prebiotics. In different countries, dietary sources and intake of prebiotics were diverse. To meet people's health demand, the dietary advice on how to efficiently take prebiotics from natural food, functional food and supplements was given as well. Factors that may probably affect people's choice on prebiotics in those countries finally were discussed.关键词
