酶法合成共轭亚油酸型磷脂的研究
Study on enzymatic synthesis of phospholipids with conjugated linoleic acid

Abstract
In non-aqueous system,using immobilized lipase as catalyst,conjugated linoleic acid-phospholipids were produced by transferring CLA - ethyl ester acyl to phospholipids. Screening of three lipases showed that Lipozyme RM IM was most effective in incorporation of CLA into phospholipids ( PL), and the processing parameters were optimized as follows:molar ratio of CLA-ethyl ester to soybean phospholipids 4:1, reaction temperature 45℃.After 48h,the content of CLA in the products was 31.3%.Through separation treatment,physical and chemical index of products were detected.关键词
