摘要

Abstract

Response surface methodology was used for optimizing the extraction technology of oil from watermelon seeds.Based on single factor experiments,liquid/material ratio,ultrasonic time and different organic solvent was selected as influencing factors. The experiment mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite design. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the liquid/material ratiol : 16.3 (g/mL),ultrasonic time 45.4min, organic solvents were petroleum ether. The predicted watermelon seeds oil extraction yield was 27.92% ,and the verification extraction yield was 28.04%.
