摘要

Abstract

Sulfate in sea cucumber polysaccharide (crude sample) ,sea cucumber chondroitin sulfate( SC-CHS) and sea cucumber fucan (SC-FUC) were hydrolyzed by TFA, separated and determinated by ICS-2000 system. The average recovery was 100.90% ,RSD =2.12% ,the detection limitation reached 3.9×10-2 μg/mL.Compared with the traditional determination method of sulf ate, this method was reproducible, much simple and more accurate.The method applied to quantitative determination of sulfate in other suifated polysaccharides.The results showed that sulfate in all kinds of SC-CHS had a higher content than in SC-FUC,characteristical differences of sulfate content existed among different kinds of sea sucumber polysaccharide.
