Abstract
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was applied to determine lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium and nickel in sea products.The linear ranged of the method was from 0 to 200ng/mL,and linear correlation factors for each element were good(r>0.9995).The detection limits were between 0.012 to 0.091 ng/mL Precision was fine,and RSD was lower than 5%,and recoveries of sea products samples were in the range of 86.1%~115.5%.The results showed close agreement with the reference values in three standard reference materials of GBW08571 ,GBW08521 ,GBW07605( GSV-4).lt indicated that the method was simple,sensitive,accurate and short of analytical cycle,which could meet the demand for the determining heavy metal elements in sea products.关键词
