摘要

Abstract

The piezoelectric unimorph cantilever was simulated through the finite element analysis software ANSYS and experiments on it were taken out. The effects of the substrate materials, the glue, the acceleration and frequency of the exciting force on the output voltage were analyzed. The results show that the output voltage is improved by the substrate with larger elastic module, and the substrate with non-conductive glue can produce higher voltage than that with conductive. In addition, the piezoelectric cantilever has fine frequency selectivity. The output voltage can reach 25.3 V when the frequency is 33 Hz. These results are beneficial to optimizing the structures of the devices and designing the ideal piezoelectric energy harvester.
