摘要

Abstract

Conductive phenol formaldehyde resins were obtained by heat cure treatment of aniline-phenol formaldehyde (APF) resins doped with different contents of a modifier (ZnCl2) at temperatures (140~400 ℃) in the chamber furnace. The structure and performance of the prepared resins were characterized by four probe conductivity measuring instrument, SEM, TG The results show that the conductivity of the cured resins is raised with the increase of the contents of the modifier; when resin and ZnCl2mass ratio is 1:3, the speed of heat treatment is 1 ℃/min, and the cure temperature is 180 ℃, the conductivity of the cure resin reaches 7.8xl0~5 S · Cm-1.
