Abstract

After crossing between 60B (P1 with high exserted stigma rate) and Liaojing 9 (P2 with low exserted stigma rate), the genetic effects for the stigma exserting traits including glume-opening single exserted stigma rate, glume-opening dual exserted stigma rate, glume-opening exserted stigma rate, glume-closed single exseited stigma rate, glume-closed dual exerted stigma rate, glume-closed exserted stigma rate were analyzed by the mixed genetic model between major genes and multiple minor genes by taking the P1, P2, F1 and F2 as the materials. At the same time, QTLs for these traits were detected by the method of CIM with F2 population. The results showed that exserted stigma rate was controlled by E-2, E-1, E-1, E-0, E-1, E-1 model. Twelve QTLs associated with six trails of exserted stigma rate were identified on chromosome 1, 2, 5, 8, 9. The biggest dominanat effect QTL was located in interval of RM257~RM215 on chromosome 9, the LOD value was 12.955, explaining 32.04% of the total phenotypic variation. The result of genetic effect analysis was almost consistent with that of QTL analysis.
