摘要
Abstract
The HPLC method and UV spectrophotometric method were used to measure the cordycepin of Cordyceps militaris. The recovery and RSD for the two methods were 100.1% and 2.3%; 100.21% and 1.19%, respectively. Both methods can be used for the determination of cordycepin. However the HPLC method is much more exclusive, sensitive and accurate.关键词
