酚醛树脂基炭膜的制备与性能研究
Preparation of Phenolic-resin-based Carbon Membrane and Its Separation Performance

Abstract
Vacuum-assisted coating (VC) was employed to prepare carbon membrane on porous α-Al2O3 tube using commercial phenol resin as precursor, and the effect of vacuum degree was investigated. Results showed that the VC method was more effective (vacuum degree = 0.6 Mpa) for the preparation of uniform carbon membrane compared with the conventional method. Single-gas permeation test indicated that with the increase of vacuum degree, the gas permeance decreased and the selectivity exhibited the maximum. The CO2/CH4 (50/50) mixture permeation test showed that the carbon membrane had CO2 permeance of 1.4×l0-7 mol·Pa-1·m-2·s-1 and CO3/CH4 selectivity of 48.3, higher than the Knudsen value. The scanning electron microscope revealed that the membrane was dense, continuous, with a thickness of 4 μm.关键词
