摘要

Abstract

With the dried leaves and stalks of sugar stevia as experimental materials, the flocculation conditions of rebaudioside extract were studied. Based on single factor experiments, the central values of four factors of flocculant dosage, pH, temperature and time in the flocculation processes for rebaudioside extract were observed, and the technical parameters were optimized by quadratic regression rotational combination experiments. As the results indicated, the optimum flocculant parameters were as following: flocculation temperature 62 ℃, flocculant dosage 1.84%, solution pH 7.0, flocculation time 68 min. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of rebaudioside was 84.21%.
