Abstract
A new analytical method was developed for determination for 4 synthetic pigment in cake product by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The synthetic pigment in cake product in samples was extracted by ethanol-ammonia water-water (volume ratio 7 ' 2 ' 1)? And it was purified by poly amide chromatography column. The HPLC conditions: Inertsil ODS-SP C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Aeetonitrile-0, 02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase, gradient elution and UV detection at 254 nm. The average recoveries were 91% to 103%. The result is accurate and easy to spread.关键词
