朱砂七色素提取及其稳定性研究
Study on the extraction and stability of pigment of polygonum cillinerve

Abstract
In this paper, the polygonum cillinerve used as a traditional Chinese medicine was studied. By selecting different solvent and analyzing the ratio of material to solvent, extraction temperature and time, the orthogonal experimental design was applied in optimization of the extraction process of pigment of Polygonum cillinerve. The absorbance measured by spectrophotometry was used as the index. The stability of pigment was also studied. The results demonstrated the optimum extraction condition was as follows; 70% ethanol solvent, ratio of material/solvent 1 : 6, extraction temperature 50°C, extraction time 90min. The pigment of polygonum cillinerve was stable in light and H2O2, and could endure low concentration of Naj SO3. It had good thermal stability and could adapt to range of pH (6 < pH < 10); the glucose, citric acid and Na+X、 Zn2+、Mg2、 K * had no influence on pigment stability. However it was unstable to the sodium bicarbonate and Ca2 + 、 Fe3 + 、Cu2 + .关键词
