Abstract
Microwave dielectric ceramic powders with composition of Ba6_3XNd8+2xTii8O54 were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. Such powders were mixed with epoxy by volume faction φ(BNT) of 5%-35%. The phase composition, microstructure and dielectric properties of the BNT-epoxy composites were studied. Results show that the ceramic powders are of tungsten-bronze type structure, the epoxy matrix is dense and without any void. With φ(BNT) increasing from 0 to 35%, the permittivity increases from 3.3 to 9.0 at 100 MHz. Lichtenecker model and EMT model are in good agreement with the above experimental results. However, Maxwell-Garnet model greatly deviates from the experimental values at φ(BNT) than 10%.关键词
