甘草渣在造纸法烟草薄片纸基中的应用研究

Abstract
Tobacco paper-base using the papermaking method was made using licorice residue. By analysis of physics and chemistry, pretreatment conditions were determined: Liquid ratio of 1:4, extraction temperature of 90±5℃, time of 60 min, refining (refining gap of 0.1 mm, paragraph 1), papermaking are in turn according to two-step system of making tobacco sheet. The physical properties of licorice residue sheet were analyzed in different quantitative (60-130 g/m2) and the best quantitative was 90 g/m2. The best quality of gas was with 20% addition level of licorice residue sheet by the sensory smoking.关键词
