摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the extraction and purification of Omphalia lapidescens polysaccharide and its an-tioxidant activities. Methods: The 0. Lapidescens polysaccharide was extracted after enzymolysis by cellulase, through alcohol fractional precipitation,free proteins and colors were removed by Sevage method and charcoal, respectively. 0L1, OL2 and 0L3 were isolated and purified by Sephadex G-200 column. The best condition for enzymatic hydrolysis of 0. Lapidescens polysaccharide was studied:adding amount of cellulase 0.08%, enzymatic hydrolysis for 90 min at 35 °C. Results: The extraction time was reduced greatly by cellulase enzymatic hydrolysis method, which indicates that it is a potential method for extraction polysacchatides from 0. Lapidescens. Omphalia polysaccharide is a kind of good source for natural antioxidants, has relatively strong antioxidant activities and worth further development and utilization.
