摘要

Abstract

Nowadays Chinese Foods are mainly made up of two kinds: Chinese traditional foods and western-style foods. They can be mutually complementary and development also can drive forward our country's foodstuff industry into a new developing stage. This article presents the developmental history, the development status and the existing problems of the Chinese traditional meat foods, and especially focuses on the direction of its modernization development.
