摘要

Abstract

According to SN/T1768-2006, GB/T19857-2005, GB/T20361-2006 standard, to compare three different pre-treatment methods (solid phase extraction, rotary evaporation and nitrogen blow dry method) of aquatic products. Use Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to measuring contents of MG and CV in the sample. Change different solid-phase extraction column in pre-treatment to find the best column. The result showed that Solid Phase Extraction is the best determination way with higher recovery rate over 88%. Conclusion; This pre-treatment method with LH solid-phase column is simple, fast and sensitive, which is benefit for the detection of malachite green as well as metabolite leuco malachite green, gentian violet and crystal violet leuco metabolites residues.
