透明MgAl2O4陶瓷制备工艺研究进展
Research progress of transparent MgAl2O4 ceramic on preparation process
摘要
Abstract
The excellent properties and applications of transparent MgA2O4 ceramics are introduced. The latest sintering technology of it are reviewed, such as hot pressing/hot isostatic pressing sintering, normal atmosphere sintering, spark plasma sintering and microwave sintering. The study situation of ion doping of transparent MgAl2O4 ceramics and transparent nanocrystalline MgAl2O4 ceramics are also summarized. At last, study tendency of transparent MgAl2O4 ceramics are recommended.关键词
